Welcome to the heart of the 1000 Islands in Gananoque, Ontario. This newly renovated cottage has all the comforts of home.  Breathtaking views from all sides of the island, a new U shaped cement deep water dock (10 ft) has 4 parking spots for boats up to 30 ft long and much more. Take a swim in the crystal clear water or even fish off the dock if you like.

The outdoor living space consists of 4 areas from a power screened room with a 6-7 person spa (hot tub) to an outdoor eating area that seats six and a 10 ft diameter camp fire pit. The outdoor kitchen has it all including 18 ft of granite counter top with all built-in appliances.

Inside features a custom kitchen with granite counter tops, all new stainless steel appliances (fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer all are full size). This cottage comes with heat and central air conditioning along with a 20 kw generator (just in case). There is also a 65 inch 4K Smart TV with satellite dish with additional HDMI cable ready for games to be hooked up. High speed internet will keep you hooked up to the rest of the world (if needed).

There are 3 bedrooms: the first has a queen size bed, second has a double bed, and third also has a double bed. The living room has a pull out sofa bed that is also a double. The guest cottage is a 340 sq ft room with a queen size bed, satellite tv area, a leather sofa with a queen size memory foam mattress and its own custom bathroom. The front deck on the guest cottage can seat 2 for morning coffee.

Parking is available at the Gananoque Municipal Marina, which is about a 10-minute boat ride away. Visitors can pay for parking as they go or get a pass and contact the marina directly.
